About the Role

The Site Project Manager is the permanent, on-site owner of project delivery at one of Fluidstack's data centers. Once a site is live, you own the projects that keep it running and improving — retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and the cross-functional coordination operations depends on. You are the single point of accountability for getting site projects done safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations. You'll own projects end to end — scope, schedule, vendors, and budget — partnering closely with operations and facilities, engineering, and outside contractors.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end • Site-based: able to be on site at a data center full time • Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors with minimal oversight • Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments and how to execute projects without disrupting live operations • Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites • Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment • Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
