About the Role

We're seeking an entry-level (L1) Data Center Technician to join our Data Center Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in data center operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure of our GPU supercomputers, ensuring maximum uptime for our AI customers. This role requires quick response times to on-call requests and offers rapid growth opportunities for motivated individuals who demonstrate strong performance and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Perform cable management tasks including reseating and swapping network, power, and data cables • Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established procedures • Respond promptly to on-call requests, maintaining aggressive SLA requirements • Document all maintenance activities and hardware changes in tracking systems • Conduct visual inspections to identify potential hardware issues before they impact service
