About the Role
Engineers at FluidStack work to design resilient, cost-effective electrical distribution systems that power our global GPU cloud infrastructure. As engineers at FluidStack, we are responsible for achieving world-class uptime for our AI and HPC customers who depend on us for their most demanding workloads. We justify and communicate technical decisions to senior leadership and continuously drive advancements in our data center designs. As an engineer at FluidStack, you have the ability to shape the infrastructure that leading AI companies rely on. We are looking for engineers with hands-on electrical design experience. If you can design an electrical system, understand the critical equipment needs for a high-density GPU data center, and grasp the constructibility of varying designs, you may be a great fit. As we scale rapidly, we are building our team to own more engineering in-house. Engineers will be responsible for taking designs from concept through permit and construction document sets. You must be capable of defining critical equipment specifications and approving equipment submittals. Engineers will directly support construction and be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from site selection review through commissioning and turnover. • Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region • Knowledge of commercial or industrial power systems or mechanical systems • Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production

About You
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • 4+ years of Professional Electrical Engineering experience ideally in a mission critical setting • Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment • Hands on design experience • Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
About You
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • 4+ years of Professional Electrical Engineering experience ideally in a mission critical setting • Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment • Hands on design experience • Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
Salary & Benefits
• Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity). • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms. • Health, dental, and vision insurance. • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms. The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $270,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
