Role Scope

Run an integration shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour as modules get fitted out.
Lead assemblers and technicians directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, torque specs met, 5S held.

What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've supervised assembly or integration crews building complex products.
You've held a shift to takt and communicated clearly when it broke.
Your crews are safe on your watch and can say why.
You coach on the spot and document when it matters.
You run a clean, organized area by habit.
Bonus: Mechanical and electrical assembly. Startup ramps. Lean daily management. Bilingual English and Spanish.
